My Acne Story: Part 2

Although my journey with acne was been challenging, it has taught me a lot about skin care and helped me find great products that actually work on Acne. Below are the top 3 products that I swear by for acne prone skin.

1.TruSkin Tea Tree Clear Skin Serum

This Tea Tree Serum works wonders for preventing acne. I put this on right after I finish all my cleansing in the evening. This serum has tea tree as the name would suggest but also has potent amounts of Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid & Retinol that work alongside Niacinamide (B3), and Salicylic Acid to unclog pores, comfort irritated skin and fight aging. If you don’t believe me, just read some of the reviews on this product on amazon.com and see for yourself.

2. GLAMGLOW Supermud Clearning Treatment

While this product is marketed as a mask, I love using it as an overnight spot treatment. This stuff really gets deep into pores and dries all the gunk out. You can find it at Sephora and while it is pretty pricey a little goes a long way when using it as a spot treatment. I recommend purchasing the smaller size jar, or asking for a sample from a Sephora.

3. Clarisonic

Using a Clarisonic has totally changed my skincare game. This tool uses sonic technology to remove impurities from the pores and skin and yes it really does just that. This keeps my skin looking and feeling healthy and is worth every penny. There are also different attachments for it for varying skin types as well as a makeup brush attachment, pedicure attachment, and more. You can find it at Sephora or at clarisonic.com.
